McFit Technology www.thekeycollection.co.uk
In traditional membranes, the outer material, the membrane and the lining are loose layers that are only sewn together with connecting pieces at the fingertips. As a result, the individual layers can slip, which makes putting them on and taking them off difficult. The grip is also hampered by the spaces between the individual layers. In addition, the membrane can be damaged by
the needle during the sewing process, which can result in permeability. With the new McFit technology, the individual layers are bonded together in the area of the fingertips using a special adhesive directly, and without spaces between them. This prevents slipping of the individual layers and provides the glove with an excellent grip feeling.
 ONE LAYER FITTING
AND SUPERIOR GRIP
Superior grip along fingertip areas is achieved, as there is no space between inner glove lining, membrane and outer-shell, thanks to the firm adhesion of special glue firmly sticking to them. This special McFit tech adhesive glue sticks together each layer of inner glove, membrane insert and outshell, and this prevents the layers moving separately, especially on fingertip areas. This provides superior firm gripping effect while operating throttle grip, brake lever and clutch lever of your motorcycle. Easier key holding and operating is also achieved.
NO LIMITATION ON DESIGN AND MATERIALS
McFit tech can be applied to all kinds
of gloves regardless of their material and construction, such as single layer summer gloves, waterproof midseason and high insulated winter gloves. This unique and up-to-date glove assembling technology makes the hard-protected insulated gloves’ production easy by eliminating the inverting process, one
of the weak points of the conventional tab-assembling method.
DURABILITY
Enhanced durability on fingertip areas is achieved by the friction resistance and abrasion resistance of additional adhesive members.
NO DEFECTS CAUSED BY TABBING AND INVERTING PROCESS
Since McFit tech does not need tabbing and inverting processes, water leakage and/or lining separation problems, which occur on conventional tab connection methods, are not an issue.
ADDITIONAL WINDPROOFING EFFECT
Thanks to the special thimble shape of the adhesive members that cover whole fingertip areas of high insulated gloves, in severe cold weather conditions additional windproofing is achieved to keep your hands even warmer.
